Compatibility
Not sure this part suits your vehicle? Reach out to our team for a compatibility check before placing your order.
You can get in touch via the contact form or by email — let us know which part you are after and include your VIN so we can check it against your exact vehicle.
Please note that fitment advice is not available for retrofits or upgrades.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched with Australia Post or a domestic/international courier, depending on the size of the item and the services available to your area.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout. If no rate appears for your address, get in touch and we will arrange a quote for you. Because these rates are supplied by third-party carriers, there can occasionally be a difference between the amount quoted and the actual cost — where that happens, we reserve the right to ask for the additional amount or cancel the order.
If a postage or courier service is experiencing known problems or delays, your order may be dispatched with an alternative carrier offering a comparable estimated delivery window to the one chosen at checkout.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times and delays are outside our control — however, we will always work with our delivery partners on your behalf to sort out any issues. Need a hand with a delivery? Just contact us.
Local Pickup
Collection / Local Pickup: Prefer to pick up your order? Collection is available from our store at 16 Nelson St, Moorabbin VIC 3189, Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. Most orders are ready to collect roughly 2 hours after purchase, and we will reach out as soon as yours is waiting. Please note that collected items are supplied without packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. To qualify, the part must reach us in the condition it was sent — not installed and not altered in any way.
For change-of-mind returns and incorrectly purchased items, return postage is at your expense, the original delivery charge will not be refunded, and a 10% restocking fee applies.
To get a return or exchange underway, email us at arnie@performancespareswarehouse.com. Once your request is approved, we will send through directions on how and where to post your package. Please do not ship anything back without approval first, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Have a question about a return? Email us any time at arnie@performancespareswarehouse.com.
Damages and Issues: Check your order as soon as it lands. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know straight away so we can assess the problem and put it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Some product types cannot be returned at all, including electrical parts/modules, seat belts, and airbags. If you are unsure whether this applies to your item, just ask.
We are also unable to take back parts that have been fitted to a vehicle or worked on by anyone who is not appropriately qualified and experienced for the specific application. Evidence of who carried out the installation will be requested.
Cancellations: Where processing of your order has already begun, a change-of-mind cancellation may attract a 10% restocking fee. For orders not yet processed, the payment transaction fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: The quickest path to the right part is to send the original item back, then place a fresh order for the one you need once your return has been approved.
Special Orders: Parts brought in from our external suppliers specifically to fill your order are treated as special orders. These cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, and change-of-mind returns are not available on them.
Refunds: Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method — please allow a few extra days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
