Shipping may be via Australia Post or domestic/international courier service, depending on the item and services available.
The cost of shipping to your location will be calculated at checkout. Please contact us if shipping to your location is not automatically calculating and we will assist. Calculated shipping rates are provided by third parties. Should discrepancies exist between the rate shown and the actual rate, we reserve the right to request additional shipping charges or cancel the order.
Subject to known issues and delays in postage or courier services, your item may be sent using a different carrier than selected at the checkout. In these circumstances, your item will be sent using a carrier with similar estimated transit times to the carrier selected at the checkout.
Please note that we are unable to influence shipping times and delays, however we are committed to working with our shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues. Please contact us if you require shipping support.
Local Pickup
In Store Collection / Pickup: In-store collection is available at 16 Nelson St, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Collection times are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Items collected in-store do not include packaging. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours of your order. Our team will contact you when your item is ready for collection.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and unmodified.
You will be responsible for the postage on items returned for change of mind or incorrect item purchases, and refunds will not include the cost of the original postage to you. A restock fee of 10% applies.
To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at arnie@performancespareswarehouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including electrical items/modules, seat belts, and airbags. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed in a vehicle or modified by any person who is not suitably qualified and experienced for the specific application. You will be required to provide evidence of who any installation was carried out by.
Cancellations: Cancellations for change of mind may be subject to a 10% restock fee. This fee will be applicable if the processing of the order has commenced. For orders which have not been processed, the transaction fees incurred will not be refunded.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Special Orders: Items ordered from our external suppliers to fill your order are considered “special orders.” Once placed, special orders cannot be canceled or amended. Change of mind returns are not accepted for special order items.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
